7-Day Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
Tried on indoors only
In original packaging
In resalable condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Size Exchanges

Need another size?

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for shoes that:

Have been worn outdoors or on the basketball court
Show signs of use
Are missing the original shoe box
Were purchased as Final Sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective Products

If your shoes arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
